Fixed fee or gain-share
Step 1: Fixed
A flat monthly fee set by volume and complexity. Predictable, simple to budget.
Step 2: Gain-share
A percentage of the verified monthly saving or revenue, with a minimum fee. I only do well when it does.

What's the catch with a free proof?
There isn't one, but there is a filter. I only take on processes that run at least weekly, can be measured, and have an owner who can give two hours a week. I cap free proofs each month so every one gets proper attention. If it works, most people want to keep it running, and that is how I get paid.
How does gain-share work?
We agree the baseline in writing before I build: hours, cost, error rate or revenue. Each month the value report compares the same measures. My fee is an agreed percentage of the verified difference, with a minimum fee. If the value can't be measured from your own systems, we use a fixed fee instead.
