Work / This site

This site: build diary.

I am building this website the same way I build client work, and recording it the same way. It was specified first, then built by parallel AI agents while I review every change.

The approach

Specified first, then built.

The brief was written and approved on 30 September 2026. It fixes the positioning, the proof, the sitemap and the offers before a line of code.

From that, a design system and a content model were built, and then the pages were split between four agents working in parallel, each in its own area. I review what they produce. Nothing ships unread.

Log

What happened, and when.

  1. Brief approved. Positioning, proof, sitemap and offers written down before any design or code.

  2. Design system and content model built: palette, type, layout primitives, the quoted-versus-delivered tile and the content schemas.

  3. Pages built by four parallel agents, each in its own area of the codebase, with me reviewing the output.
