The expensive platform we didn't buy
A European healthcare distributor
An architecture decision that avoided a costly licence, followed by a budget, vendor and approvals application built in two days.
There must be a better way
The shape of it
How the work really flows today, and where time and money leak.
Fix the process, use what you pay for, buy, build or add AI, compared on cost, risk and payback.
One route, costed, with a phased roadmap you can act on with or without me.
How it works
Half a day with the people who do the work. The real process, not the one in the handbook.
I map the flow and the systems, and put numbers on the leaks.
Three routes compared honestly, including the cheapest one that might just be a better spreadsheet.

A European healthcare distributor
A current-state functional design and a target architecture for the next generation of a patient-facing system, produced in one agent-led run.
Questions
The same thing as for a large one, at the right size. I work out how the business really runs, which systems and people are involved, where the waste is, and which change will make the biggest difference for the least money and risk. Often the answer isn't new software at all.
No. In regulated industries especially, a properly implemented ERP, CRM or workflow engine is often the answer: validated, auditable and integrated. I then use AI where it genuinely helps inside those systems, and leave it out where it does not.
