The problem
Businesses bury their rules (pricing, eligibility, approvals) in spreadsheets and people's heads. Condexa lets non-developers design those rules visually and run them through an API.
How I approached it
- Twelve numbered specifications, each with a written plan and estimate before any code
- Parallel AI agents building in separate workspaces, with every change reviewed
- End-to-end tests run against a dedicated test workspace before each merge
What was built
- Visual workflow designer with 11 step types and a wizard that turns a JSON sample into a workflow
- Lookup tables reading live from SQL Server or Dataverse
- Versioning, test runs with a trace of every step, and full run history
- REST API with keys, workspaces, roles and a full security model
Stack
- .NET 10
- Angular
- SQL Server
- Dataverse
- Docker
- Azure
- Next.js
Outcomes
- A complete product, not a prototype
- Marketing site built in a single day
- Security model delivered in under a day
